Shri Krishna Janmashtami Celebrations
Sanskar Smart School, Barotiwala celebrated Shri Krishna Janmashtami with great devotion and joy, filling the campus with the spirit of Lord Krishna's birth. Classrooms and corridors were adorned with colourful decorations, and the festive atmosphere brought smiles to every young face on campus.
The highlight of the day was the adorable fancy dress showcase, where little ones dressed up as Little Krishna, complete with peacock feathers and flutes, and as graceful Radha Rani in vibrant traditional attire. Students also enacted charming scenes from Krishna Leela, sang devotional bhajans and performed lively dance numbers depicting the playful childhood of Lord Krishna.
Principal Mrs. Poonam Sharma warmly appreciated the enthusiasm of the young performers and spoke to students about the timeless values reflected in Lord Krishna's life — truth, courage, friendship and compassion — encouraging them to carry these teachings in their everyday lives.
The joyous celebrations, filled with colour, music and devotion, gave students a wonderful opportunity to connect with India's rich cultural and spiritual heritage while enjoying a day of fun and togetherness with friends and teachers.
